摘要
研究了以P—矩阵荧光分光光度法同时测定磷、硅的最佳条件,拟定的方法灵敏度高,选择性好,简便,快速,应用于合成样品的分析得到满意结果。
P - Martix spectrofluorescence has been proposed for the simultaneous determination of multicomponent mixtures. Measurement of fluorescence intensity is at excitation wavelength of 350nm and emission wavelength 550-560nm. The present method has been used for the simultaneous determination of P ( V ) and Si ( IV ) in a synthesis sample with satisfactory results.
