摘要
选用VMOS功率场效应管为开关器件,PWM开关IC—TL494为控制电路构成的压电陶瓷变压器驱动电路,利用其脉宽调制特性,较好地解决了输出稳定性。试验结果表明:这种电路结构简单,转换效率高,工作性能稳定。是一种理想的压电陶瓷变压器驱动电路。
The driving electric circuit was constituted by a Vmos power field effect tube as the switch apparatus, a PWM switch IC -TL 494 as controling circuit. The results of experiments showed: this type of new circuit was a proper driving circuit suitable for the piezoelectric ceramics transformer, because it possessed many advantages as the simplcity of construction, the high ef-feciency of transformation, and the stability of working performance.
