摘要
目的 :通过检测恶性肿瘤患者和非肿瘤患者血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群 (TSGF)水平 ,探讨TSGF在恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 :采用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司研制和提供的TSGF肿瘤快速检测试剂盒 ,对 12 0例恶性肿瘤患者及 12 3例非肿瘤患者进行诊断试验 ,分析其临床肿瘤诊断应用价值。结果 :恶性肿瘤血清TSGF阳性确诊率高于非恶性肿瘤患者 ,其中以肺癌和消化道肿瘤诊断率较好。假阳性主要出现在胆囊炎、肺炎等炎症疾病。TSGF早期诊断恶性肿瘤效果欠佳。结论
Objective:To evaluate the value of TSGF (Tumor Supplied Group of Factors) in the diagnosis of the tumors by measuring serum TSGF level on patients with or without malignant tumors.Methods:With the TSGF quick cancer diagnostic reagent Kit produced by Fujian New Land,serum TSGF levels were measured in 120 patients with malignant tumors and 123 patients with other diseases.The value of TSGF in the Diagnosis of Tumor was assessed, including the sensitivity,specificity,predictive value of TSGF.Results:The positive frequency of TSGF in tumors especially in lung cancers and digestive tumors were higher than that in other diseases.The main false positive cases were found on the patients with cystic disease,pneumonia and so on.Conclusion:Serum TSGF level may be determined as assistant diagnostic index in malignant tumor and may be used as screening for the population at high risk of malignant tumor.
