摘要 经皮穿刺椎体成形术是治疗脊柱溶骨性破坏及钙缺失病变的一种新的微创手术 ,此方法治疗脊柱转移瘤可有效地缓解患者疼痛 ,稳定脊柱 ,增强体能 ,改善生活质量 ,具有良好的临床应用前景。
