次级淋巴组织趋化因子研究进展
The advance of secondary lymphoid-tissue chemokine
摘要
次级淋巴组织趋化因子 (SLC)为重要的CC族趋化因子成员 ,主要分布于外周免疫器官或组织 ,对多种免疫细胞有趋化作用 ,其趋化的归宿主要是次级淋巴组织或器官。SLC发挥抗肿瘤机制主要表现为对免疫细胞的募集和抗血管生成。
