新型细胞因子IL-24与肿瘤治疗
A novel cytokine interleukin-24 and tumor therapy
摘要
IL 2 4是一种新命名的细胞因子 ,有重要的免疫调节作用。近来发现IL 2 4能选择性地阻止肿瘤细胞生长并诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,在肿瘤的基因免疫治疗上有广阔的应用前景 ,引起了广泛的关注。现综述IL 2 4的生物学功能及其在肿瘤治疗方面的进展。
