摘要
针对SIEMENS的6RA70系列全数字紧凑型直流传动装置在热轧精整薄板线改造中的应用情况,通过对6RA70传动装置进行动态调试和系统优化,逐步提炼、总结了一套有关6RA70传动装置动态速度响应的优化调整方法,使得全数字直流传动系统在速度控制精度和运行稳定性方面的优势得到了充分的发挥,很好地解决了整个机组在系统联动升、降速过程中经常发生的各设备之间的速度跟随偏差现象。
In combination with the application of Siemens 6RA70 DC drive unit in revamping Baos-teel HR trimmed sheet line, through dynamic debugging and system optimization for the unit, a set of de bugging and system optimization methods are summarized, which brings the system' s advantages in speed control accuracy and operation stability into full play. It can also solve the problems of line speed offset satisfactorily while accelerating or decelerating between facilities of the entire finishing line.
