摘要
在我国现行专利制度的框架下 ,网络商业方法发明成为可专利性主题并不存在根本性的障碍 ,应该将网络商业方法纳入现行专利法的保护客体范围。我国在网络商业方法专利保护方面应采取相关应对策略 。
In our current frame of patent system,it is no problem that internet-related business method fundamentally could be a patent theme in our patent law.So we should protect this business method with stipulating it in current patent law.Our country should take some effective tactics in respect of protecting internet-related business method,in order to accelerate and guaranty the development of electronic business.
