摘要
本文在论述我国信息企业技术创新能力构成要素的基础上 ,分析了影响我国信息企业技术创新能力的主要因素 。
On the basis of discussing component elements of the capacity of technological innovation of information enterprises in China,the paper analyses main problems in the capacity of technological innovation of information enterprises in China,and points out measures of improving capacity.
