以哈佛大学的的梅森(E.S.Mason,1938)和贝恩等人为代表的现代产业组织理论,构造了市场 结构(Structure)--市场行为(Conduct)--市场绩效(Performance)的分析框架(简称SCP分析框 架)。其基本内容是市场结构决定企业在市场中的行为,而企业市场行为又决定市场运行的经济绩效。
The modern theory of industrial organization, mainly held by E.S.Mason and Berien inHarvard university, constracted a Structure--conduct--performance frame of analysis, namely SCPframe of analysis.The basical content of that is as follows: Market's tructure determines enterprise's conduct, and enterprise'conduct determines market performance.By means of SCP frame of analysis, this paper investigates the structure, conducts, and performance of securities market, analysizes the relations among therm, and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the performance in this market.
