神经网络在结构振动控制中的应用

Application of neural networks in structural vibration control

摘要 采用BP神经网络对一个SDOF体系被控对象的控制器进行系统辨识,比较了BP算法与LQR经典线性算法控制下体系反应的控制效果,对于影响BP神经网络用于结构振动控制的相关问题进行讨论,同时指出神经网络的应用应参照问题客观数学模型的描述,以利于快速找到问题的合适解决方案。 The author performs some instructive exploration in the structural controlling neural network algorithm,for example utilizing BP neural network in identifying a controller for a SDOF system to be controlled.The comparison of BP and LQR control effect is conducted on a SDOF system,and some related problems of using BP neural network in civil engineering control application and model parameter identification are discussed.At the same time,although network itself is not necessary to establish an accurate mathematical model for the problem being studied,it is essential to refer to the description for the objective mathematical model when applying neural network,which will be helpful in finding a reasonable solution to a complicated problem.
