摘要
超高压液压泵是近年来发展的液压元件新品种,是构成超高压液压系统的关键动力源元件,本文对公称压力为800bar,最高压力为1000bar的超高压阀配流径向柱塞泵,就其设计方法及影响超高压液压泵的性能的主要因素作了理论分析和试验,在此基础上提出了提高径向柱塞泵的容积效率的主要措施和途径。
The ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump is a newly developed variety of hydraulic element which serves as the key power supply part of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic system. In this paper, a valve-controlled ultra-high pressure radial piston pump with a nominal pressure of 800 bar and a maximum pressure of 1000 bar is studied. A theoretical analy- sis is made on the designing methods of the pump in question and the main factors which affect its behavior. In addition, tests for the same purpose are illustrated. On this basis, effective measures and ways that help raise the volumetric efficiency of the ultra-high pressure radial pis- ton pump are formulated.
