摘要
通过对3Cr2W8V钢不同预处理工艺的研究,确定了最佳工艺。在此基础上,试验了不同工艺处理后试样的冲击韧性、断裂韧性K_1c。结果表明,此工艺具有使碳化物质点细、匀、圆,同时能使冲击韧性、断裂韧性K_1c提高的特点。
In this paper, different processes applying pretreatment of 3Cr2W8V steel are studied and the best one is determined. Furthermore, the impact toughness and fracture toughness K_(1c) of samples, obtained from different heat-treating processes, are tested. The result shows that the select pro- cess makes it possible not only to produce very fine, uniform and well- spheroldized carbide but, concurrently, to increase its impact toughness and fracture toughness K_(1c)
