摘要
对LC4铝合金材料工件表面改质时 ,采用了液中电火花改质工艺 .利用自制粉体压制模具 ,把一定比例的钨、石墨颗粒、聚乙烯醇压制成压粉体电极 .在试验中 ,通过选择电火花机床加工允许范围内的各种电参数进行组合 ,得到优化的参数 .在加工过程中 ,对压制成的压粉体电极和工件分别采用不同极性的方式 ,通过电火花放电对压粉体电极蚀除、熔覆至工件表面 ,形成钨 +碳改质层 .再用铜电极等消耗小的电极二次加工使改质层和基体结合牢固 ,并提高改质层的硬度 .试验表明 :LC4铝合金工件表面经液中电火花改质处理后可得到结构致密的改质层 ,其硬度。
To modify the surface of workpieces of LC4 aluminmum alloy,the techniques of EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) in the liquid medium are adopted.The electrodes are pressed of powder with the ingredients of element W,graphite and bond.The electrical parameters are selected and combined respectively to optimize the process.During the electrical discharge process,the electrode whose polarity is opposite to that of the workpiece is eroded,melted and covered on the surface of the workpiece to form a modified coating of W+C.A second electrical discharge process is conducted by a less consumed copper electrode to strengthen the binding of modified coating to the base material and to increase surface hardness.Experiments prove that the modified surface have high microhardness,bonding strengthen and good corrosiveness,wear_resistance.
