配乐和表象训练教学法在武术教学中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 通过传统武术教学方法、配乐式武术教学方法和配乐加表象训练的武术教学方法间的比较研究,发现,配以相应的音乐进行武术教学可提高学生学习的兴趣,激发学习的动机和积极性,活跃课堂气氛。而配乐加表象训练的教学方法除了具备配乐式教法的优点外,还能提高学生的心理素质,有助于巩固正确动作的动力定型,加深动作记忆。 The present paper has done comparative research on the traditional Wushu teaching method, Wushu teaching method with dubbing in music and that with dubbing in music and presentational training. The results have indicated that dubbing appropriate music to carry out Wushu teaching can increase the students' interest in learning, arouse their learning intention and enthusiasm and animate classroom atmosphere, while the teaching method with dubbing in music and presentational training not only has the advantage of that with dubbing in music but also can improve the students' psychological quality, help to consolidate the movement pattern of correct actions and deepen the memory of actions.
