摘要
采用实验法,比较安静休息、轻松整理活动和专项整理活动方式对运动后血乳酸的清除、消除心理疲劳的效果。结果发现:积极性的整理活动效果明显优于安静休息;轻松整理活动和专项整理活动对血乳酸的清除效果无显著性差异,但轻松整理活动对消除心理疲劳的效果优于专项整理活动。
Using the method of experiment, this study has compared the effects of rest at ease, easy cool-down and specific cool-down on the elimination of blood lactic acid and psychological fatigue after exercise. The results have revealed that the effect of positive cool-down is obviously superior to that of rest at ease, there is no significant difference between the effects of easy cool-down and specific cool-down on the elimination of blood lactic acid, but the effect of easy cool-down on the elimination of psychological fatigue is superior to that of specific cool-down.
