摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查及座谈访问等研究方法,提出构建我国武术馆校理论教材体系与技术训练模式的指导思想,重点突出文化素养教育以基本理论为指导、实践操作为核心、知识应用为主导的三个重点;在专项技术训练上,构建"以武术人才培养的全面性为基础,以突出优势项目为前提,以培养高质量专门人才为目的,以形成特色为重点"的专项技术训练模式。
Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, informal discussion, visit, etc. the present study has put forward the guiding thought for constructing the system of theoretical teaching materials and the mode of technical training in the Chinese Wushu schools, which stresses the three focal points of cultural quality education, i.e. taking basic theory as the guide, practical operation as the core and application of knowledge as the dominant factor. As for the specific technical training, it stresses the construction of specific technical training mode, which takes overall Wushu talent cultivation as the base, stressing advantageous events as the prerequisite, cultivating high-quality special talents as the purpose and forming feature as the main point.
