摘要
以《简易初中生应对方式自陈量表》为工具对甘肃三个地区随机抽取的三所初级中学二年级学生共 5 36人进行的测验研究发现 ,初中生的应对方式以主动型为主、被动型为辅 .六种应对方式的使用频率依次是改变认知积极评价、求助、吸取经验与直接行动、通过学习解决问题、否认与忍耐、幻想 .主动型应对方式在挫折与冲突情境下的使用高于压力与变化情境下的使用 ,而被动型应对方式在变化情境下的使用高于挫折。
Based on the test to 536 junior middle school students of Grade II, in 3 schools in Gansu Province, with Simple Copingways Self-report Scale of Junior Middle School Students and by random sampling, we’ve got a conclusion that junior middle school students’ coping-ways tend to be more active than to be passive. Their coping-ways turn up one after another like this: changing cognition methods to commenting positively, abstracting useful experience and active coping, solving problems by learning, denying, withholding, and illusion. The active coping- ways are used more in the situation of frustration and conflict than that of pressure and changing. The passive coping-ways are used more in the situation of changing than that of frustration, conflict and pressure.
