摘要
结合院校产业实际,就院校产业的发展定位、改革定位、整体改革与局部改革、企业改革与经营者自身改革、改革与稳定、改革与加强管理等问题进行探讨。
In view of the current situation,this paper discusses problems concerning the industries in China Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and South China University of Tropical Agriculture,focusing on the orientations for development and reform of industries, overall and sectional reforms, enterprise reform and proprietors'self-reform, conflicts between reform and stability, and relationship between reform and strengthening management.
