摘要
淮河流域是我国洪涝灾害的多发地区 .在分析多年来的洪涝灾害的基础上 ,总结了洪涝灾害的主要特征 :灾害具有多样性、多发性和差异性 .同时从地形地貌、气象气候以及人为影响等方面分析了淮河流域的洪涝灾害的形成原因 ,并从多方面提出了综合治理的对策 。
The Huaihe drainage basin is the region where flood take place frequently.By analyzing the abundance of data of the flood disasters, some conclusions about the characteristics of the disasters are drawn as follows: multiformity, high frequency and regional differences.This paper discusses the cause of the flood disasters from landform,, climate,history and artificial factors. The authors put forward the strategy of controlling the flood disasters.In conclusion,the society and economical sustainable development of the Huaihe draingage basin depend on the control of the flood disasters.
