节水灌溉综合效应评价指标的选取与分级研究 被引量:23

摘要 分析了节水灌溉主要影响因素及效能表现形式,依据科学性、简性性、可操作性及针对性等原则,在对综合采用专家评分法、Delphi法、层次分析和隶属度等方法选取的评价指标进行非量纲化处理与检验的基础上,确定了区域评价的综合评价指标体系,并依据现有规划、规范及发展现状对所选指标进行了分级,为开展节水灌溉综合效应评价提供了基础。 According to the principles, such as scientific, succinct, exercisable and pertinence, etc. it has analyzed the main influence factor and form of expression of efficiency in the water-saving irrigation. By adopting the expert evaluation system, the Delphi law, the level analytic approach and the subordinative degree approach, etc, based on the evaluation index chosen by these methods synthetically have been deal with and examined with dimensionless quantity approach, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the regional appraisement has been confirmed. According to having planning, criterion and the current development, it has graded the selected index, and has offered the foundation for appraising the comprehensive effects of the water-saving irrigation.
