摘要
针对目前国内 1 0 k V配电网停电调负荷的现状 ,给出了现场调负荷的 3种基本模式 ,定性地分析了各种模式下不停电调负荷对上级电网和系统稳定的潜在影响。提出了用于不停电调负荷静态分析的配电网负荷分布计算方法。结合电网静态等值给出了不停电调负荷的具体静态分析方法。以某地区的实际配电网为例进行了仿真计算和分析 。
Based on the analysis of normal operation conditions of 10kV distribution power networks, three basic modes for load transferring from one substation to another are proposed. The potential impacts of load transferring without interruption of power supplying on power system are qualitatively analyzed. Simulation results of actual systems are given to show the impacts of load transferring on distribution system itself.
