摘要
报道了聚合物DR/PMMA薄膜材料的红外光学特性及由薄膜材料形成法—珀腔结构的透射率随外加电压的变化规律,测定了折射率的色散n(λ)、三阶极化率χ^((3))(-ω;ω,0,0)和二次电光系数(kerr系数)R,在室温下测得波长为792.4 nm时χ^((3))=(2.0-i0.32)×10^(-11)esu,R=-(4.9-i7.9)×10^(-20)m^2/V^2。
The infrared nonlinear optical properties of polymer DR/PMMA thin film which is formed into a structure of Fabry-Perot cavity are reported in this paper. The dispersion of refractive index n(λ), the third order nonlinear susceptibility X^((3))(-ω; ω, 0, 0) and quadratic electro-optic coefficient R are determined by the law of transmission vs. externally applied electric voltage. At room temperature and at the wavelength of 792.4 nm, X^((3)) (2.0-i0.32)×10^(-11) esu and R=-(4.9-i7.9)×10^(-20)m^2/V^2 are obtained, respectively.
