摘要
基本农田作为最重要的生产资料 ,在国民经济建设中具有非常重要的地位 ,是社会稳定的重要物质基础。笔者通过对湖南省基本农田保护与利用现状及存在问题的分析 ,提出了 4点加强基本农田保护与建设的对策措施。
Basic farmland, which is the basic material to feed the people, plays an important role in national economy development. How to protect basic farmland is an important topic in Chinese development. The author analyzed the basic farmland status, put forward countermeasures of the basic farmland protection and construction.
