摘要 对安徽省天柱山、九华山、黄山分布的 65株黄山松 (Pinustaiwanensis)优树的树皮颜色 ,树皮的开裂形状 ,针叶的长、粗 ,树脂道指数 (RDI:ResinDuctIndex)等外部形态进行了调查 ,讨论了产地间的差异 ;另外 ,还调查了采集的球果长、中央直径 ,球果重 ,开果率。结果表明 :黄山松树皮的颜色分 4种类型 ,树皮开裂分 3种类型 ,针叶的长、粗及内部形质 (树脂道配置 )等特性呈现地域性差异 ;黄山地区的黄山松针叶长度比以前报告的要长一些 ,且发现黄山地区的树脂道指数具有日本赤松和黑松杂交种的特征(>1.410 ) ;球果的长度、直径、重量没有产地间的变异 ,黄山地区的球果比其他地区细长 ,球果鳞刺比其他两地少。球果经 40℃、2 4h干燥处理后取出种子 ,单个球果的种子重、种子粒数、充实种子比率和千粒重有地域性差异。在播种苗床上看 ,发芽特性和变异个体的出现因母树不同而有变异 ,但没有发现地域性差异。颜色异常的苗木出现频率较低。 In the thesis the investigation of the bark colour, outer form of bark split, the length, thickness, resin duct index of needle-leaf of the 65 elite individuals in Tianzhu, Jiuhua and Huangshan Mountain in Anhui province as well as their regional differences was conducted, and the length, weight, mid-diameter and opening ratio of the collected corns were also investigated and the results showed that the bark colours of Pinus taiwanensis can be divided into four types, bark splits can be divided into three types and the length, thickness and interior property (resin canal distribution)etc. varied with regions; The needle-leaf of Pinus taiwanensis in Huangshan district was longer than reported before, and its resin canal beared the character of hybrid of P. densiflora and P. thunbergii(>1.410); The length, diameter and weight don't vary with region, the corn in Huangshan district was narrower and longer than other districts and the scale and thorn were less than other two parts. The weight, length of seed, full seed ratio and the weight per thousand seed for individual corn varied with regions after treatment in 40℃ for 24 hours. In view of nursery bed, the germination property and variation individuals varied with seed bearer but without regional differences. The abnormal colours of seedlings turned a low frequency.
