摘要
研究了用多功能消解仪 -过硫酸钾消化法测定土壤有机磷组分含量的测定条件 ,并对其测定结果和精密度与标准方法进行了比较。研究结果表明 :多功能消解仪 -过硫酸钾消化法测定的土壤有机磷组分含量与标准方法基本一致。该方法简便、测定快速、精密度高。
The method of determination of soil organic phosphorus fractions using peroxodisulfate oxidation was studied.The results showed that the contents of the soil organic phosphorus determinated by the Multi-functional digestive machine: peroxodisulfate oxidation method and Bowman-cole was almost the same. Determination of soil organic phosphorus fractions using peroxodisulfate oxidation was easy,fast and high precision.
