摘要
以 2 0个甘蓝型油菜杂交种和常规种为材料 ,研究种子活力和产量关系。方差分析表明 :不同品种种子活力间、产量间均存在显著或极显著差异。主成分分析显示 ,第 1主成分特征根λ1 =4.12 2 1,贡献率为 68.70 2 0 %,为发芽率因子 ;第 2主成分特征根λ2 =1.1663 ,贡献率为 19.43 82 %,为幼苗干重因子 ;第 3主成分特征根λ3=0 .60 15 ,贡献率为 10 .0 2 5 3 %,为相对电导率因子。相关分析表明 :种子的初次计数、发芽率、简化活力指数、田间出苗率均与产量间存在一定程度的正相关 ,但未达到显著水平。
oil rape varieties(Brassica napus L) were selected as materials to study the correlation among seed vigor indexes and yield, 6 seed vigor indexes and yield were analyzed by using the method of ANOVA in the principal component and correlation.The results showed that there were significant different in seed vigor index and yield in different varieties,the 6 seed vigor factors were divided into 3 principal components, the first one was germination rate which eigenvalue (λ 1)was 4.122?1,cumulative percent was 68.702?0%;the second was dry weight of seedling factor which eigenvalue (λ 2) was 1.166?3,cumulative percent was 19.438?2% and the third was relative conductance factor which eigenvalue (λ 3)was 0.601?5,cumulative percent was 10.025?3%.There were some degree positive correlations between seed vigor indexes and yield but it did not get significant different.
