摘要
主要介绍了电务厂信息管理系统 SMIS2 0 0 0的结构、功能、特点 ,为电务厂的信息化改造提供了可行性方案。探讨了变电站综合管理系统的开发原则、方法和系统功能 ,并针对变电站的日常管理业务 ,开发出了变电站综合管理信息系统。该系统从实用性出发 ,采取了面向基础数据 ,面向班组的思想 ,从变电站日常运行管理工作的处理着手 ,以主体业务组织系统 ,构造了一个变电站综合信息数据库平台 ,它集成了变电站 SCADA实时信息、运行管理、设备管理及技术档案管理等功能模块 。
