摘要
用蒙砂粉及工业酸配制蒙砂液对玻璃进行化学蒙砂.对蒙砂效果、蒙砂液稳定性、制作成本及环境污染等方面的综合分析,结果表明:蒙砂粉与工业盐酸的配比为3∶1时配制的蒙砂液,温度在25～30℃的条件下具有最好的蒙砂效果.
This article studied the glass chemical frosting using frost powder mixed with industrial acids.Anslysis on the frosting glass products,the steadiness of the frosting liquids,different costs and possible environmental pollution show that the best frost result would be on the conditions:the mixing ratio of frost powder to industrial hydrochloric acid=3∶1 and the working temperature 25～30?℃.
