摘要
本文分析了辐射传递通路中的介质对单波段红外测温的影响。用综合考虑被测目标光谱分布和温度计光谱响应的“等效介质影响系数”概念推导出与一定温度下极限有效波长有关的误差方程,并列曲线说明测温误差和被测温度之间的关系。最后,提出一种在测温现场用辐射温度计本身测出介质影响系数,进而消除介质影响的方法。
Effects of the medium in radiation transmitting path onsingle-band infrared thermometry have been analysed. Considering the 'equivalent affection factor of the me dium', i.e. the difference between the spectrum of measured objects and the spectrum response of radiation thermometers, error equations relative to the limiting effective wave length of radiation thermometers are deduced. Curves of measurement values vs the real temperatures of measured objects are presented. A method of eliminating the medium effect by measuring medium affection factor of the infrared thermometer in situ has been proposed.
