摘要
科技的迅猛发展尤其是IT技术的发展给我们带来了"第三次技术革命的浪潮",高等教育管理也面临着更高的要求和挑战.通过网络进行选课是教学管理现代化建设的重要标志和应用之一 从网络选课系统系统软件的设计者的角度出发介绍了Internet网上选课系统的基本设计思想,从选课系统的功能、结构、实现等方面介绍系统的技术特点和设计方法.
In the past years the rapid development of science and technology,especially of IT technology have brought us a tidal wave of the third technology revolution.Higher education management is facing higher demand and challenge.To select courses through Internet is one of the main symbols and applications on the modernization construction of education management.Out of the point of view of the program designer this article presents the elementary design concept of selecting courses on Internet.The technical features and designing approach of the program are presented in the aspects of its functions,structures and realization etc.
