摘要
新型直流固态继电器是一种以新型器件IGBT以及功率场效应管为核心的,全部由固态电子器件组成的新型无触点开关器件.采用五端型设计,具有开关速度快,输入功率小,驱动功率大等特点.并且比传统的双极晶体管组成的固态继电器工作更加稳定,电流量更大.
The new type DC solid state relay is a kind of new contactless switching device,with the new type IGBT and power field effect tube as the core and composed completely by solid state electron devices.This design adopts five terminal type,and have the features of high switching speed,low input power and large driving power.Comparing with traditional solid state relay composed of double-pole transistors,it workds more stable and has larger electric current.
