摘要
在分析了已有骨龄评价方法,特别是中国人骨成熟度评价标准(CHN法)优缺点的基础上,提出了一种基于数学插值算法的新方法:首先采用插值法将中国人骨成熟度评价标准连续化,然后应用MATLAB语言实现本算法.实验结果表明,本算法有利于提高骨龄的计算精度和速度,减少人为评价误差对骨成熟度评价结果的影响.对促进骨龄自动评价系统的实现具有很大的推动作用.
Based on analysis of all methods for assessing skeletal age,especially the CHN scoring method,A new method based on mathematics interpolating algorithm is presented here.First the standards of estimating skeletal maturity for Chinese becomes continuous by interpolating algorithm,then we make it run in computer by MATLAB language.Through experiments,the algorithm is proved effective in enhancing the precision and speed of calculation of skeletal age and decreasing the impact of man-made evaluation error.It also can promote the realization of the skeletal age automation system.
