摘要
奶牛粪便进行了生化分析和研究 ,在奶牛新鲜粪便中 ,水占 83.2 %~ 86 .36 % ;有机物占8.4 4%~ 10 .6 2 % ;灰分占 5 .2 %~ 6 .18% .在有机物中主要存在奶牛没有消化的纤维素和蛋白质等 .其中水溶性蛋白质的含量在 1.17%~ 1.2 3% ,pH值为 7.5 .本文从各方面阐述奶牛粪便对环境的污染 ,认识到奶牛粪便污染环境的严重性 .通过生物发酵、封闭灭菌、自然风干等技术 ,分析蛋白质含量的变化 .使奶牛粪便得到综合利用 ,变为干净、无污染、无味、容易被植物吸收 ,富含N、P、K的小包装优质花卉栽培肥料 .
It’s analyzed biochemically that the fresh excrement and faeces of cows contains, water at 83.2%~ 86.36%, organic matter at 8.44%~10.62%, inorganic matter at 5.2%~6.18%. There are cellulose and protein that are not digested in organic matter. The dissolvable protein 1.17%~1.23%. pH value is 7.5. The environmental pollution, its seriousness are studied. The change of protein content by the technologies of biological ferment, confining fungus killing, natural air-dry are discussed to make use of the excrement and faeces of cows synthtically. The result is a good flower planting fertilizer with little package which is clean, unpolluted, tastelessness, and can be easily absorbed by plants and full of N, P, K. The pollution of the excrement and faeces of cows and is also resolved.
