概述小儿误食毒物中毒洗胃方法、影响洗胃效果的相关因素及采取的相应措施。应根据患儿的具体情况 ,选择相应的洗胃管 ,掌握好洗胃的时机和插管方法 ,加强护士对小儿插胃管的技能训练 ,以提高洗胃效率 。
This article reviews the contemporary methods of gastric lavage and its effect as well as the affecting factors.The author states that to select suitable tube,master proper time and placing tube method according to the individual situation of poisoning child appear to be very important.The technique trainning of placing tube for the nurses may improve the curing rate of gastric lavge and reduce the complications.
