摘要
目的 :探讨盐酸格拉司琼对恶性肿瘤化疗期间呕吐的止吐效果。方法 :采用盐酸格拉司琼化疗前 0 .5 h静脉注射做止吐治疗 ,同时 ,用胃复安止吐治疗作为对照。结果 :两组止吐效果经统计学卡方检验具有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To explore the relieving vomiting ettect of granisetron during the chemotherapy of malignant tumour.Methods:The experimental group was given granisetron and the control group was given metoclopuamide.30 minutes before the beginning of chemotherapy,granisetron or metoclopranide was given to the patients for reliving vomiting.Results:The significant difference was found between the two groups (P<0.005).Conclusion:The obvious effect is abtained while using granisetron for relieving vomiting during the chemtherapy of malighant tumour.
