摘要
本文详细地分析了外差探测的理论极限和实现的基本过程,并从实验上观察和测量了HgCdTe光伏探测器的极限探测。表明器件在本振功率为0.45mW,偏压为0.7V时,最小可探测功率达到1.7×10^(-19)W·Hz。
The detection limit for heterodyne detection is analysed in detail and the essential process of its realization is given. The limiting detection for the HgCdTe photovoltage detector is experimentally observed and measured. The results showed that the noise equivalent power is 1.7×10^(-19) W·Hz when the local oscilator power is 0.45 mW and the bias voltage 0.7 V.
