摘要
《周易》从爱民重民的思想出发十分重视贤士和对贤士的任用;而且认为尚贤的一个重要的目的就是为了教化民众、哺育人民;在《周易》看来尚贤与重教是育民的两条重要的相辅相成的爱民重民的措施。
Zhouyi regards it very important for a county to use the worthy person. One of the important aim to use the worthy person is to educate the people and to help the people;According to Zhouyi, engaging worthy person and educating people are two important ways to love and help people.
