摘要
本文介绍用热像仪测试炼油厂蒸汽热力管线外壁温度的方法与原理,并对热力管线更换保温材料前、后的外壁温度进行分析、对比,通过计算外壁散热损失来评估管线更换保温材料所带来的经济效益。
This paper introduces a method and the principles that use thermal video system for measuring the out-wall temperatures of steam heating power pipe for oil refinery. A comparison of out-wall temperatures was made before and after replacing the thermal insulation materials of heat power pipe. Based on the calculation of out-wall heat losses. The economic benefit after replacing the thermal insulation materials is estimated.
