摘要
从素质、能力和意识等方面阐述了新时期新闻工作者应通过马克思主义新闻观的教育学习,在政治思想、职业道德、文化知识和业务技能等方面加强修养,提高素质,在新闻实践中提高业务水平,练就业务技能,成为具备较高的政治素质、严谨自律的道德修养和较为完备的知识能力结构的新型复合型人才。
From the perspectives of quality, ability and consciousness, this paper points out the journalist at the new stage should study the Marxist journalism outlook, reinforce inner quality in the aspects of political thinking, professional ethics, cultural knowledge and specialized technique, through the practice of journalism improving the worklevel and work skills, and make oneself a new composite talent with higher political quality, morality of rigid discipline and adequate formation of knowledge ability.
