'Que' is a ground building with the long history kept intact in the 500-year civilization history of China. The building 'que'prevails in Han Dynasty, chiefly because it contains the deep-going semiotic meaning: it shows a hierarchic sense, generally the owner of 'que'is all official with the salary of over 2000-dangrains; it's also the symbol of the heaven gate, which is the entrance of the dead into the paradise.Building 'que'in the palace implies the residence of the monarch as well as the immortal thought that the emperor has longingly. However, at that time, many buildings of 'que'are mainly regarded as an instrument of aiding people into heaven.
