摘要
目的 探讨选择性动脉造影诊断不明原因下消化道出血的临床价值。方法 回顾分析不明原因下消化道出血行选择性动脉造影 14例 ,对血管造影表现、造影方法及诊断进行讨论。结果 造影发现对比剂外溢 6例 4 3%(6 /14 ) ,病变异常血管或局部血管痉挛的发现率为 5 7% (8/14 )。全部病例经手术证实。结论 在诊断中 ,间接征象特别是血管痉挛的发现显得尤为重要 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical values of selective arteriography for the diagnosis of lower gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown causes.Methods Selective arteriography in 14 cases with lower gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown causes was reviewed retrospectively.The manifestation of arteriography,the artariography methods and the diagnosis were analyzed. Results Angiography demonstrated extravasation of contrast agent in 6 cases of the 14(43%),But the abnormal vessels or local vasospasm were found in 8 cases of the 14,the poitive rate was 57%.All the 14 cases were proved by operation.Conclusions It is very important to find indirect signs,such as local vasospasm, for the diagnosis of lower gastrointestinal bleeding,thus arteriography should be used even not in active bleeding term.
