摘要
目的 检测胎盘瘦素、TNF -α的表达并探讨两者的相关性。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测 6 6例妊高征 (分轻中重三组 )及 2 5例正常对照组胎盘瘦素、TNF -α的表达水平。结果 中重度妊高征组胎盘瘦素的表达水平显著高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,轻度与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;妊高征组胎盘TNF -α的表达显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1) ;中、重度PIH组瘦素及TNF -α呈正相关性 (r=0 .5 71、P <0 .0 5及r=0 .6 5 7、P <0 .0 1)。结论 瘦素、TNF-α参与PIH发病 ,PIH时TNF -α可调节瘦素水平 ,炎症与代谢过程共同引发PIH。
Objective: To investigate the placental expression of leptin and tnf-αin women with preeclampsia and study their relationship. Methods Immunohistochemitry was used to examine the levels of leptin and tnf-αin 25 controls and 66 preeclampsias. Preeclampsias were divided into mild、middle and severe groups. Results: Levels of leptin expressed in middle and severe groups were higher than that in controls (P<0.01、0.01) and no difference between controls and mild group (P>0.05). Levels of tnf-αexpressed in all preeclampsias were higher than that in controls (P<0.05、0.01、0.01). There were significantly positive correlations between leptin and tnf-αin middle and severe preeclampsia groups(r=0.571、P<0.05及r=0.657、P<0.01). Conclusions: Leptin and tnf-αmay contribute to the pathology of preeclampsia and leptin was upgraded by tnf-α.
