摘要 DTI及在此基础上的DTT成像是近年来迅速发展的磁共振新技术,与fMRI在中枢神经系统的联合应用是近来国外研究的热点,本文就两种方法的基本成像原理以及目前在正常脑、脑肿瘤、梗死、认知等多个方面研究状况作一简要综述,并探讨了fMRI和DTI联合应用研究的局限性及发展前景。 DTI and DT-tractography are the new MR techniques which experienced tremendous develˉopment in recent years.It becomes a hot pot of combination of diffusion tensor imaging with functional MRI study of the brain.We reviewed the basic principles of the two techniques,and the study on normal brain,brain tumors,stroke,cognition,et al.Finally,we explored the limitations and prospects of this modality.
