摘要
根据钢球磨斑显微图像的特点,研究图像的预处理、分割和特征计算的处理过程,并开发出润滑剂抗磨性能测量的图像处理系统。采用最小误差法选取阈值进行分割,并结合形状因子分析法去除非磨斑目标,完成对分割后磨斑图像的识别。实验结果表明,采用计算机进行图像采集和自动处理,提高了测量的精度和自动化水平。
The procedure of image preprocessing, segmentation and feature calculation is studied and the image processing system for the measurement of lubricant wearproof property is developed based on the characteristics of the micro-image of steelball wear spots. Least error method is adopted to obtain the threshold and segment the image. At the same time, combining the shape factor of wear spots, those not belonging to wear spots are eliminated, so the recognition of the image after segmentation is realized. Experimentalresults show that the measurement accuracy and automation degree are improved using computers to acquire and process image automatically.
