摘要
目的观察自锁髓内针治疗四肢长管状骨粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法自2001年1月～2003年11月,用自锁髓内针治疗四肢长管状骨粉碎性骨折共42例.结果所有病例均不用外固定,术后即可活动关节,均无切口感染、延迟愈合及骨髓炎的发生.结论自锁髓内针具有适应证广,并发症少,不破坏骨折局部血运及骨膜,愈合快及感染率低等优点,是治疗四肢长管状骨粉碎性骨折的一种理想方法.
Objective To evaluate the effect of inter-locking intramedully nails on long-bone comminuted fractures of four extremities. Methods 42 cases of long-bone comminuted fractures of four extremities were cured by inter-locking intramedullary nails from January, 2001 to Novermber, 2003. Results No external fixations were used among all the cases. The joints on the tips of the long-bone can be moved as soon as operation. There were no complications such as incision infection, delayed healing or occurring of osteomyelitis. Conclusion Inter-locking intramedullary nail has many superior points such as a broad range of indications, few complications, no local blood supply destroy, rapid recovery and low rate of infection. And this method is an ideal method to cure long-bone comminuted fractions of four extremities. 〔
