摘要
目的 了解宫内感染弓形虫对儿童身体、智力发育的影响。方法 采用配对方法 ,选择1990~ 1996年保定市级医院经脐血弓形虫检测阳性的 16 7例婴儿为出生阳性组 ,同时脐血弓形虫检测阴性的 16 0例婴儿为出生阴性组。用比内、韦氏智力量表测定其智商值 (IQ值 ) ;采用全国 9市城区和郊区健康儿童体格发育测量数字为标准 ,均数加减 2个标准差为正常 ,分析弓形虫感染与儿童智力、身体发育的关系。观察干预措施效果。结果 宫内感染弓形虫儿童智力发育明显偏低 ,视力发育差 ,而对身高、体重无明显影响 ,给予合理的干预措施 ,能使智力得到改善提高。结论 宫内感染弓形虫婴儿出生后 ,应进行系统抗弓形虫治疗 ,以减轻其对脑部、眼部的损害 ,给予合理的干预措施 ,提高儿童智力水平 ,促进其健康发育成长。
Objective To understand the e ffect of physical and intellectual development of children with intrauterine inf ection of Toxoplasma gondii. M ethods With matching method, 167 children born betw een 1990 and 1996 were selected, whose umbilical cord blood with antibodies of [WT5”BX ]Toxoplasma gondii as positive group, while 160 childr en whose umbilical cord blood without antibodies of Toxopla sma gondii were selected as the contrast. Their physical index a nd IQ were examined with routine method and Binei or WISP. The measurement numbe rs of nine cities of China were as the standard. The relationship between infect ion of Toxoplasma gondii and the intellectual a nd physical development was analyzed. Results I ntellectual development of children with intrauterine infection of [WT5” BX]Toxoplasma gondii[WT5”B Z] was obviously slow and their eyesights were poor. However, the infection of [ WT5”BX]Toxoplasma gondii had no effect on their height an d weight. Conclusion The children with intrauter ine infection of Toxoplasma gondii should be sy stematically treated after birth so as to lower the harm to the brains and eyes, raise their intellectual levels and improve their healthy development.
