摘要
目的探讨中药湿敷治疗重度眼睑皮肤钝挫伤的临床效果。方法将100例重度眼睑皮肤钝挫伤的患者按随机原则分为中药治疗组(40例)、生理盐水对照组(40例)和空白对照组(20例),中药治疗组局部采用中药乳香、没药、紫草、芒硝水煎后湿敷;生理盐水对照组采用9g/L氯化钠溶液局部湿敷;空白对照组给予临床随访观察,无特殊处理。结果中药治疗组显效率93%,生理盐水对照组为35%,空白对照组5%,3组结果比较差异非常显著(P<0.05)。结论中药湿敷治疗重度眼睑皮肤钝挫伤有明显的临床效果。
AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese herb wet compressing on treating severe eyelid skin blunt trauma. · METHODS: A total of 100 cases of severe eyelid skin blunt trauma were randomly devided into 3 groups: Chinese Herb Treating Group (40 cases), Salt Solution Control Group (40 cases) and Blank Control Group (20 cases). The cases in Chinese Herb Treating Group underwent wet compressing with boiled herbs, including olibanum, myrrh, root of Sinkiang-Tibet arnebia and mirabilite; those in Salt Solution Control Group received local wet compressing with 9g/L NaCL solution; and those in Blank Control Group were observed without special treatment.· RESULTS: The effects in Chinese Herb Treating Group proved to be the most marked (93%). The effects in Salt Solution Control Group and Blank Control Group were 35% and 5% respectively. The differences between the 3 groups are statistically significant (P <0.05).· CONCLUSION: Chinese herb wet compressing has an obvious effect on treating severe eyelid skin blunt trauma.·
