摘要
目的观察白内障人工晶状体植入术后人工晶状体前膜形成原因及药物治疗方法。方法对白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术后31例(31眼)人工晶状体前膜形成患者给予皮质类固醇激素、结膜下注射尿激酶、5-FU,并利用裂隙灯显微镜对角膜、前房、瞳孔、前房吸收、矫正视力等情形进行观察。结果31眼中29眼经药物治疗人工晶状体前膜吸收,视力恢复,治愈率为94%。结论人工晶状体前膜是一种异物反应膜,药物联合治疗效果满意。
AIM: To explore the cause of intraocular lens anterior membrane formation after IOL implantation and its pharmacotherapy.· METHODS: For 31 cases (31 eyes) of intraocular lens anterior membrane formation after extracapsluar cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation, we gave them cortical steroids, subconjunctival urokinase injection and 5-Fu. Their cornea, anterior chamber, pupil, anterior chamber obsorption, corrected visual acuity were observed.· RESULTS: In the 31 eyes, IOL anterior membrane was absorbed after pharmacotherapy in 29 cases (94%).· CONCLUSION: Intraocular lens anterior membrane is formed with the reaction to foreign bodies, and the effect of combined pharmacotherapy is satisfactory.·
