摘要
目的了解可拆除缝线小梁切除术后角膜散光的演变情况。方法于可拆除缝线小梁切除术前、术后的不同时期用NidekARK900型角膜曲率计检测34眼的角膜曲率。结果可拆除缝线小梁切除术后早期引起较大角膜散光,中度以上散光占76.5%,拆线后中度以上散光占32.35%,角膜最大曲率轴向与巩膜瓣的方位一致。结论可拆除缝线小粱切除术后早期引起的角膜散光较常规小梁切除术后散光大,拆线后1mo内逐渐减少,1mo后与术前相比则无显著性差异。
AIM: To observe the changes of corneal astigmatism after trabeculectomy using removable suture.· METHODS: Corneal curvature in 34 eyes was measured before and after operation with Nidek ARK900 keratometer.· RESULTS: Trabeculectomy using removable suture caused major astigmatism at early stage after surgery(76.5% have more than 3.0D astigmatism). The percentage decreased to 32.35% after the suture was removed. The axis of the largest curvature lies on the direction of the scleral flap.· CONCLUSION: The corneal astigmatism caused by trabeculectomy using removable suture is larger than that caused by routine operation in early period. It can gradually decrease in 1mo after removing the suture. It has no significant difference with that of pre-operation at 1mo postoperative.·
